Grief Magick is a virtual grief mini-ritual of embodiment where we get to explore the alchemy and magick of our grief.

Grief Magick is held on ZOOM.

In the space together we will explore:

• embodiment and somatic practices

• journaling to cook and connect with our grief

• the unknown realms of grief

• grounding meditation & visualization

• and sharing our grief with one another.
