Energy Healing sessions are an offering of medicine for your mind, body, heart and spirit.
Our stories, our griefs, our heartbreaks, our traumas - all are stored in our bodies.
And often what we hold onto gets stuck or stagnant.
Energy Healing sessions are a way to support a softening of what the physical and energy bodies are gripping onto -
what the body no longer needs to carry, and what is ready to move.
I am there to support this process through energy healing and holding sacred space for you.
About Energy Healing
The energy healing that I offer is based in Reiki (a Japanese healing technique founded by Mikao Usui) and incorporates my intuitive gifts as an energy worker, intuitive healer and guide.

Energy work allows you to return to a space of being more aligned, connected, and grounded.
Energy Healing can be used to support something specific you are going through. It is also a gentle yet potent way to guide you back into conscious connection with Self and source energy.
Remote & In Person Sessions
I offer in person and remote sessions. These one-to-one sessions begin with a check-in where I hold space for you and offer listening, intuitive guidance and emotional support.
We then move to the energy healing portion of the session which lasts about 35-45 minutes. I often integrate music that I have selected with intention into our sessions to support the journey through your energetic body. (You can always request to not work with sound.)
Sessions close with another check-in to review the messages, visions and insights I received and so that I may listen and hold space for what you experienced, answer questions, and offer guidance for moving forward. I typically offer you some heart work to focus on when you leave the session.
I am available by email in between sessions as questions arise.

Follow-up 60 minutes - $135
Remote
