The holiday season can be a particularly challenging time for grief. Whether your loss was recent or long ago, grief can pierce with a sharpness at this time of year and community support is a vital resource that allows us to release some of the emotions of grief.
This virtual gathering will hold space and offer communal support for grief around the holiday season. When you leave this gathering, you will experience a sense of release and peace in your grief.
During the gathering there will be opportunity for gentle movement, embodiment practices, journaling, (optional) sharing and other grief ritual.
