While there is no one way to experience a suicide loss, I’ve made this survival guide to provide some offerings. I hope you’ll refer to this guide especially in the most early days following a loss or when the grief is most acute - this may be around a birthday, a significant anniversary, a milestone, their death anniversary or it could be at a seemingly random time of year.
