WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
As part of your health coaching work, we will have regularly scheduled 60 minute meetings or phone calls. Over the duration of each session we will establish intentions, or goals, pertaining to meaningful aspects of your life that are ultimately going to help you start to shift the beliefs and habits that are getting in the way of living the life you dream of.
We focus on, but are not limited to, the following areas and how they affect your quality of life and stress levels:
- Relationships (family, friendships, intimate)
- Nutrition & Exercise

WHAT IS A COMMITMENT LOG?
A commitment log is what you make of it. It is a shared document that allows us both to follow as you progress through your coaching program.
In this daily log you will:
- Set a daily intention (ex: May I live today full of love.)
- Set a daily mantra (ex: I am enough)
- Track food and water intake (optional)
- Include any other thoughts or insights you wish to share
- Receive feedback from your coach
