Meet Maggie

Maggie Converse is a yoga teacher, reiki practitioner, and holistic health coach that helps people curate their own path to self-acceptance and self-love. Through yoga, reiki, and meditation she coaches students and clients to cultivate a strong inner connection and to take what they learn in their sessions and apply it to their daily lives. Maggie is a firm believer that we can always be “in practice” – we can always be in our meditation, we can always be mindful. We don’t need a yoga mat or a fancy space to be in practice or in alignment. She guides those she works with to begin to understand that joy and inner peace come when the body, mind, and soul are aligned.
